I think that California should calculate

what all of the other red states may do and then do at least that much. If Texas does 5, then California does 5, then 10 other red states do 1 each, even Illinois, New York, and Massachusetts might not be able to make up the difference.

If the Democratic politicians up on the High Road want to squeal, let them. They are like a family member being beaten and pleading with the police not to drag the beater off to jail.
