So, there was a memorial set up for the Pulse shooting where people died because a gunman shot up the gay bar. The memorial was simple. A crosswalk painted in rainbow colors. Last night the state came and painted it in white and black. So the residents just colored it back to rainbow colors using chalk. Resist

I read the entire piece on NBC's website and the DOT painted it over in the dead of night. The state is worried about one crosswalk being ",political". Newswise it's been a bad day.
