4. Have you tried without the apostrophe and double quotation marks in the thread title

(or in a reply title)? The DU software seems to get jittery with those (I've sometimes had "403 forbidden" messages, and I eventually thought it seemed to be that punctuation in titles that they had in common) - maybe the combination of one of those and a link to BlueSky causes it to fail. Worth bearing in mind for future threads, anyway.
