Seven in 10 Americans believe that Trump is handling the matter “not well.” This includes pluralities of Trump’s most loyal supporters, 43% of Republicans, 43% of conservatives, and 47% of those who voted for him in 2024.

When we drill down on the 47% of 2024 Trump voters who disapprove of Trump’s handling of the Epstein controversy, we find significant cracks in the MAGA facade. Among members of this group, 28% now disapprove of Trump as president.

Voter regret

Even more significantly, we find that among 2024 Trump voters, negative views of Trump’s handling of the Epstein files are associated with an increased desire to make a different choice if the 2024 election could be rerun.

More specifically, among Trump voters who believe that the president has mishandled the release of the Epstein files, more than one quarter – 26% – indicate that they would not vote for Trump if they had the opportunity to vote again in the 2024 election.

replied about some democrat who was a close friend of Epstein, and then without shutting up he changed the subject by talking about five or six all different and stupid things he could think of.

One of these days MAGATS are going to see that they're being scammed.

I also believe that some of his base (about the same percentage as a little over half the American divorce rate) is increasingly noticing his instability because the Epstein scandal popped their illusion bubble of who they believed he was when they voted for him.

They already rigged this, Dems need to temper expectations. Ghislaine Maxwell wasn't transferred to Club Fed for no reason, she agreed to exonerate Trump. They control the documents and will release only parts of them that don't harm Trump.

7. I don't think so, a significant portion of his base

believed middle income, sometimes poor young, white American women, and girls were subjected to human trafficking to satisfy the perversions and greed of a global elite.

*rump's base does not relate to elite, and by hiding full disclosure of the Epstein files, they now see him as one, and whatever he touches is also associated with that, whether it be Bondi, Patel, or Bongino.

I'm convinced that a significant portion of his base would not vote for him again or anyone he endorses.

8. I think you're right

I noticed this started eons ago with Trump and the Obama "birther" certificate conspiracy. His followers ate it up and it would eventually fold in the weird QAnon shit, and their even weirder former Clinton Pizzagate stuff.

Trump and his people encouraged those conspiracies. The point being that some kind of "deep state" was controlling and covering up everything.

Well now he's presiding over it and can control the secrets. He was supposed to reveal it all!!!111
