There is much speculation that what is going on in DC is the testing grounds to implement the National Guard in all major Democratic cities. Everything I have seen so far is making it hard to disagree with. The question is what will be the event he uses to pivot to Martial Law and start pulling the levers for full control.

The Heritage foundation is pushing for him to solidify a third term.

Nothing is going to happen to him re: Epstein. Not one of the victims (and we've heard from like 15 of them at this point) has ever accused him of anything, and the most vocal victim the late Ms. Giuffre testified she never saw him or heard from any other girl who'd said she saw him. It's very likely IMHO that at most the worst Trump did (surrounding Epstein) was 'know and not say anything'. Which would look bad for him, but nothing is going to happen from it.

I think he's perfectly happy to keep people distracted with Epstein speculations, hence the drip-drip-drip.
