If we get a Dem President in 2028

and if he is still alive, will they prosecutevTrump?
Or will we let this happen again?

First, SCOTUS needs to be expanded to 13 seats minimum.

Then the immunity ruling needs to be overturned.

THEN Trump can be prosecuted, and any procedural delays will have a better chance of being defeated.
