1. What, are they going to raid the slaughter houses?

2. Probably. Put the workers in the dock, and then rent them out as day-laborers to the corps that need them

facility near McCook, NE.

another prison. I think that they picked McCook because it's in the southwest corner of the state. No big cities nearby. Denver is a few hours away. Omaha and Lincoln are 5 or 6 hours away.
