Hogan wasn't bad. He was sane about masking and COVID prevention, because he was a cancer survivor. I think that he got a lot of goodwill from people because of his cancer. But, in his second term, the typical Republican corruption started to rear it's head. There was that deal with his former Chief of Staff being investigated for wire fraud, embezzlement, and falsifying documents. Hogan claimed to know nothing about it. But, let's face it, the fish rots from the head.
