ICE sneak around to side and behind peaceful protester—suddenly rush and blindside tackle him.
Agents then literally drag him over the concrete by his arms and legs.
Multiple videos show the man in white hoodie just standing there—with his hands up.
"No one's doing anything," the woman recording yells at the agents. "What are you doing?"
The violent arrest occurred outside the Metropolitan Detention Center in Los Angeles, California. #DemsUnited
