Yikes. The American people deserve answers about whatâs going on with Trumpâs hand.

(32,010 posts)As an RN thats one of my first questions. They keep blowing out the veins on the back of his hands when they are doing either infusions or blood draws. It keeps drying attention. The logical thing is to use the AC on the inside of his elbow where its not going to show when he does these press conferences. Are his ACs in bad shape? If so, why?
Any medical DUers with thoughts on that?

(35,000 posts)(This past Thursday's "Start Me Up " with Kimberly Johnson, for those interested.) Part of the discussion pertained to Trump's health issues. Karem recalled Trump's first term, when they released his medical records There was a list of medications he was on . Brian was sitting next to Dr. Sanjay Gupta in the press conference, to whom he commented after seeing that list, "It sounds like he has heart disease." Dr. Gupta's reply was pretty much, "Yeah, he has cardiovascular disease." In light of that, I strongly suspect that's the source of all of his current issues.
Let's also not forget that time during his first term, where he made an unannounced weekend visit to Walter Reed, that they tried to pass off as "getting started on his annual physical." And, he almost died of COVID-19, which is known to cause all sorts of health issues. But, yeah The country needs to know what the hell is going on here.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
