Media and others need to stop saying

that Crumb The 1st "can't do" this or that with respect to usurping authority of Congress, agencies etc. That is incorrect phrasing and it gives some a false idea that certain things "can't" happen. The correct wording would be "shouldn't". Then media and others can go on with the explanation about norms, precedents, laws etc.
The plain facts are the fascists "will" do things until they are stopped by some means like the courts or a military that stands up to them etc. and of course we know how little regard they have for those decisions. So the next time that you hear about some proposal from the fascists to do something and you hear some "talking head" or politician say that the fascists "can't" for this reason or that just remember that they can and will until they are stopped. How that happens in the end we don't know but it is important not to fall into some false sense of they "can't" do a particular action.
Although a court may order funding, for example, restored we have time after time of those who were to have the funding restored stating it has not been restored. The immediate damage lasts from the time the fascists implement something until they are forced to stop. The long term damage may go on well beyond that time.
Remember it's not a matter of "can't" but a matter of "how long" and the fight against it has to be a sustained one.
