California anti-redistricting mailer

I received a mailer today from ProtectFairElections.org opposing California's redistricting Congressional districts. So I went to see who runs ProtectFairElections.org and it doesn't have an "About" tab where you can see who runs it. Why am I not surprised by this.

On the backside, at the bottom of the page, it says "Paid for by Right Path California." So, being the curious fellow that I am, I Googled them. Again, no "About" to see who runs that organization but the website does identify the President and CEO as being Jessica Millan Patterson who just so happens to be the Chairwoman of the California Republican Party,

So the question is, why are republicans so afraid of admitting they're funding the opposition to California's redistricting? It's because they think if they hid behind a nice sounding name they can fool enough people into voting against it.

I received three mailers; Protect Voters First, 2 from Right Path California, now who has the money to do mailers?
Follow the money: Young Man's Blues: 'It's The Old Man Who's Got Alla Money.'

My only concern about this issue is once it's done, is it forever?
Or do we revert, or do we have to vote to revert, or do we have to lobby to revert?
