Okay Texas has added 5 likely Republican seats, but the average change has been 20+ seats so even in California doesn't change, statistically we would still take the House. The Senate is a harder ask because we aren't competitive in many of the states (nothing new and something we need to work on). But without explaining what you think they are going to do, it's hard to point out the problems with the fear.

8. Dems need to do this, IMO:

They must go "generic." ALL Republican candidates, incumbent or otherwise, MUST be framed as Trump acolytes, and therefore unacceptable as people who believe in democratic rule. All of them. Don't pay attention to candidates' individual platforms if they vary from Trump's demands, because all of them will lie to make themselves more attractive. The GOP is now a toxic political force. It is NOT part of a democratic process. The GOP in its present form is not compatible with the US Constitution. This can be easily illustrated by quizzing GOP candidates if they believe in the viability and usefulness of the Constitution, and asking them how Trump practices his loyalty to the Constitution. We would then witness how they lie to protect Trump, and therein lies the answer. Political discussions are an essential part of preserving our Constitutional freedoms, but disloyal and seditious parties need not apply.

If the Dems do NOT go generic, then the GOP will cheat and lie to win. The entire GOP must be excised from elections until they can legitimately claim loyalty to the Constitution and renounce Trump. It's that simple. Anything else is an exercise in self-deception.

17. Here's how I see it.

In Red states they will do voter roll purges on the las allowable day, removing millions of Democratic voters. There will not be time to get most of the registrations fixed.
In Blue states, they will man the polling locations with large contingents of military and police for intimidation and shake down people in line.

After that they will challenge any and all election results that don't support NAZIGOP party.

To post like that is doom-posting, not good for mental health or for reality-based existence.

Alternatively, please do not fall into the trap of binary thinking: that they have locked in a steal or that they can't even try, as if there is no middle. It is extremely rare in human affairs that there is not a broad range in the middle between extreme possibilities.
