He loves to accuse everybody of a "hoax" when he is accused of anything. When he colluded with Putin before the election of 2016, he called it a "hoax". When he was accused of hiding the information in the Mueller Report, he called it a "hoax".

When he tried to extort the president of Ukraine into spreading rumors about Joe Biden, he called it a "hoax". When he incited an attack upon our nation's Capitol, he said it was a "hoax". When he stole secret documents and moved them to Mar-a-Lago and the Bedminster golf course, it was a "hoax" by the FBI and Joe Biden's DOJ.

But the "hoax" is on all of us. Most especially, those hateful little bastards that leaned on every word he said and accused everybody else of having the Trump Derangement Syndrome. They were weak and spiteful people. They followed a cult of personality. They still don't know it. They were played for fools.

Donald Trump is the "hoax". On all of America.

4. Even before he was President, he was a hoax

"reality" TV positioned a terrible business man, born to a real estate empire, who went bankrupt several times with casinos into a master business expert. Few things on TV have ever been more false than reality TV, where footage can be edited and even reshot to get a script the producers wanted.

Then there was his ghost written book that still underlies his self perception as a great deal maker. Consider that with both Afghanistan and Ukraine/Russia he claimed himself a great deal maker when he brokered a deal with the Taliban, excluding the Afghan government and tried to broker a deal with Russia, excluding Ukraine. Somehow, he missed the hard work of diplomacy was crafting the small possible solution both sides can agree do, even as neither gets all they want.
