As Dr. King once said, the arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice. Humbly, I would add, it doesn't bend on its own. History tells us we often have to apply force needed to make sure that the arc gets where it needs to go. This is one of those times.
Indeed, and as he said earlier in his speech:
When I say this does not end well for the magapubs - I mean it. And I believe Pritzker sees their eventual punishment in the same way I do.

(1,281 posts)I doubt he will let bygones be bygones. Everyone below the office of president should face conquesneses for subverting the constitution.
If Obama had thrown the bankers responsible for crashing the economy in jail back in 2008, we wouldn't be here.
Iceland threw theirs in jail. Worked out fine.
Unfortunately TSF will escape conquesneses thanks to the supreme court. I can only hope for his quick departure in some fashion.

(956 posts)to the information and resources that he has. I hope he has options that I don't know about if Trump moves in. My point is that tough talk can backfire if there is nothing solid to back it up. I'm hoping Pritzker can back it up.
