...or Nominated by A President. (ie-if the office of President put you there, the office of President can revoke that appointment.)

If so, I'd like to point out the obvious to the MAGA hacks on the Supreme Court who will ultimately decide this. If a President can fire anyone that a President nominated (appointed) in the first place, it means Donny Dollhands has the ability to fire all of YOU.

And the next Democratic President will certainly have that power, too.
