1. As a cardiology nurse (retired)

with 30 years in grade, I only have to look at him to tell how unwell he is. The puffiness, the "cankles", the unsteady gait, the rambling speech, the inability to stay on a subject....the man has one foot in the grave for sure. He is undoubtedly propped up by a phalanx of doctors, but just like FDR, he can't go on forever...and FDR at least tried to listen to his doctors! Not exactly praying for his demise, just for the Almighty to deal with him as he sees fit.

I know a lot of people wish him suffering, but I don't care one way or the other. I just want to be freaking RID of the monster. 👿

These may not be popular sentiments, but I'm not going to lie: whether he suffers or how much is beside the point to me. Does he deserve to suffer? Sure, but what would that accomplish? Would that fix any of the things he's broken? Not that I can see. I just want him G O N E.

Nurses are awesome. I have had a female doctor for ten years. She too is awesome.
There are so many females in health care. Speaks volumes.

6. Somebody on DU pointed out that a relative of his had CHF

...and lived with it for 15 years or more. TSF's symptoms reveal CHF. We can't wait 15 years.

Then again, TSF with his diet, obesity, and dismissing doctors' advice, his days are numbered.

But I’m just not lucky enough for something to happen to him any time soon. He will have access to the best medical care that none of us would have, and who knows what is truly available that hasn’t been made available to regular people like us.

I expect him to complete his term. Expect the worst and hope for the best, in other words.

That fact can be ascertained by anyone with at least one working eye. We don’t know the granular details, though.

7. But we can sure speculate!

and anyone with a modicum of medical training can figure it out pretty quickly.
My diagnosis:
1 Congestive heart failure, complicated by:
2. Kidney failure
3. Dementia, possibly frontotemporal
4. repeated small strokes or TIAs (transient ischemic attacks)
5. Possible liver failure due to abuse of drugs both legal and illegal (Adderall, cocaine, etc.)

Bear in mind that I am not a doctor, but I have seen plenty over the years. I know he doesn't drink, but I also know that he has done (and possibly still does) a lot of Adderall. There are stories that he has a prosthetic palate due to having destroyed part of his because of snorting cocaine and Adderall, but I don't know how true that is. We all know how unhealthy his diet is, and that shows no signs of changing. There's also the familial factor of dementia; hisfather had it and died at, I believe 79, and he's also 79. And how much sleep does he get? 2-4 hours a night? Hardly enough. Let alone the exercise factor---I mean, he plays golf on occasion, but he uses a golf cart and has to be helped in and out of it. So there you have it.

Donald's father did start showing early signs of dementia by about age 80.

but he wasn't really "with it" after that. And the orange slime is probably in a lot worse shape physically.

would explain his funny breathing pattern while speaking and his slurring of words ( if palate is moving around while speaking)? In 2016, he used to speak and breathe very unusually, it was like a tell that he was lying. I think he has congestive heart failure, an in-law, when their ankles got that big lasted less than a year. Long term Adderall side effects include heart and vein issues.
