I think climate change is THE game changer & the rich realize this is their last, best chance to "git while the gittin's still good!" Maga are just a bunch of gullible, hateful dupes that they used to make it happen without much conflict, by dividing the poor, working, & middle classes. It's not over yet, but what we had before was unsustainable & those in denial won't be able to deny much longer. If I lived in the southwest, I'd sell & move now.
