Kids Wonder: Is It Still Too Soon to Talk about Guns?
Yet another creepy asshole has shot up a place full of children. Armed with at least three firearms, he has killed at least 2 children, and sent several others to a hospital in Minneapolis, MN. We don't know who the asshole was or what was his motivation, but we do know that he killed himself afterwards.
Which leads me to my usual question: If you're going to go shoot up some place and kill random people, why not shoot yourself first and get it over with? That would be so much easier. We'd be very grateful, of course.
Maybe we'll find out what the shooter's issue was. Maybe we won't.
Maybe we should make it really, really hard to buy firearms and ammo. Maybe it's finally time to recognize that simple fact.

...you've got a God Given Right to possess a gun to shoot someone but it's only a Privilege to drive a car to the store for groceries...
