Minneapolis Mayor Frey on ease of getting guns

“We have more guns in America than people. Say that again. We have more guns in America than people. Why? Why is it so easy to get a gun? Why is it so easy to get a whole heap ton of guns? Why is it that you can buy a gun virtually every month if you wanted to? What good is that?” Frey ranted to host Jen Psaki. “We’re not talking about your father’s hunting rifle. We’re talking about people that have gotten guns that seemingly — in this case, legally — that obviously have a whole ton of mental health issues.”

from the tendentious headline, "Minneapolis mayor who attacked prayer [he didn't attack prayer] now moves to the next amendment of the Bill of Rights [he pointed out accurately that the US has more guns than people and wondered why little kids get shot in their schools and churches].". Why in God's name are we linking to the fucking Daily Caller?

For starters, linking to right-wing sites like the Daily Caller is against DU's TOS. Open up that link and you see a completely biased and false spin on what the Mayor said, as is obvious from its headline. There were plenty of other sources for that quote; why do we want to bring that kind of crap here?
