... The Georgia Representative Mike Collins' thoughts were picked up on a hot mic during a Muscogee County GOP meeting earlier this month. When asked if Trump was in the files, Collins said the US President was "in there," but only because Trump "was the one that was telling the FBI about it."
Collins went on to say that Trump had previously barred Jeffrey Epstein from his Mar-a-Lago resort.
Continuing the discussion of the files, Collins says: We need to release it. I have no problem releasing it.
A Collins campaign spokesman defended the remarks, telling the outlet, Mikes words speak for themselves: President Trump was right about everything, kicked Epstein to the curb, and did nothing wrong. This story is a massive nothingburger from never-Trump consultants using DNC talking points. They wont stop Mikes momentum delivering results for the America First agenda. Thank you for your attention to this matter ...

Rick McCormick and former Tennessee football coach Derek Dooley, the son of legendary University of Georgia coach Vince Dooley.
If Collins wins the primary, he would face Ossoff in November ...

(7,026 posts)While I haven't read the report, I doubt Trump would call the FBI, unless he were out to get Epstein for some reason.
