Walgreens

When you search for a booster, they are not currently available.

COVID-19 vaccination appointments are currently unavailable pending approval of updated vaccines for 2025-2026.
Once the new vaccines are approved, appointments will be available again. Check back soon.

If anyone finds information on where you can receive a vaccine for a fee, please post it.

We made an apt to get it 9/17. We already had this one from last year. We really wanted the new one.

We do not trust him but the news is talking in terms of months it being taken off the market. We just feel we had this one already and our bodies need the newest defense against the updated mutations of the disease. A lot of things can happen in two weeks.

Our reasoning is if it goes away, say in October, it will get a lot worse than it was before. Without protection of the vaccine, we do not feel 100% safe with our masks. Most are not even wearing masks any more. We think the disease will mutate like crazy with all of those now unprotected people. We feel more secure with the updated vax for everything that is coming.

On another note, we feel pulling the shots will even more negatively affect the economy. Our household will go on full lockdown if that happens. It feels like it will be the wild west out there. People are already not spending, or spending less. I mystery shop. I will not be doing anything but takeout. The economy will tank. We are in for one he'll of a ride. We do not even feel like we can go to Canada for our shots, because with our history of voting, donations and remarks on social sites, they may not let us back in.

I had scheduled RSV and COVID vaccines in July, but upon arrival for my appointment they only had RSV vaccine. They said they were awaiting the new COVID vaccine and to check back in August .

I had decided to get the old formulation of COVID vaccine since I believed the Trump administration would delay the new one.
