By doing all the ICE raids, trump is inuring the public to sadism

and cruelty.

I can picture his people laughing while watching the suffering.

Soon, the general public will be numb to it, or will only gain entertainment value from it.

ICE agents wouldn't be swarming their targets like barbarian hordes if they didn't know that was what the higher-ups wanted. And it makes clear just what kind of people those higher-ups are.
