When they asked Ketanji Brown "What is a woman?"

This what I think is the best answer.

We don't need to define what a woman is, we need to define what we allow people to believe and how it interacts or conflicts with other people's beliefs. Religious people can choose to live in contradiction with non-believers and other religious people.

No one is required to prove their belief on how to live and manage their life.

The judgment question is how we manage all the conflicts of beliefs and lifestyles, not verifying them as true or false.

I won’t respond to loaded question fallacies.

I’ll be happy to respond to questions about the law and Constitution.
