Do you think that when Congress returns tomorrow, that the Republicans

will move to place Trump's tariffs into effect? It's the last card he can play other than to defy a potential SCOTUS decision that he doesn't have the authority to unilaterally place tariffs, esp. if there is no "emergency".

But yeah they will rubber stamp anything for him. Hopefully that can be filibustered
