Michael J Fox has testified before the Senate a number of times.
He considered his cause to be so important to other members of Parkinson’s that his appearance and speech did not matter. I don’t know Mr. Mueller‘s situation, but I would think that the demise of this country would give him enough concern to at least attempt an appearance or a proxy.
