This YT video is a stark contrast to what a good part of this nation has become
I stumbled on this the other day, it's about how German POW's reacted to being in the US but I think more importantly how they were treated. It's a long video but exceptionally well done, with quotes from POW's, beyond how they were treated it also tells the story of how a fascist regime twisted German views of the US. It struck me that what they believed before they were captured and sent to the US is exactly how many in red states are being trained to feel about blue states.
The worst part of this is it shows what we have lost as a nation, we used to treat our enemies well now we don't even treat our friends well.
