it's true. I can't help but see it as a satiric TV SITCOM.
(Alas, we've entered a nightmare, and can't wake up.) 
I want because I'm President!" Yep, that pretty much sums up what he said in real life.
"Maybe everyone should call me a dictator! Just as a joke! Until it's not." I have a feeling that is what he is doing. Repeat it often enough and maybe people will just accept it.
