Some guy with 300k followers posted an ai-hallucinated "enhanced" photo of trump with a weird forehead bump and a bunch of keyboard experts are in the comments trying to make medical diagnoses based off of it. We are so cooked.

This is from a pixelated image taken at a distance. There is no more information to be had, so AI is splitting one pixel into many and trying to interpolate what might have been there.

18. I wouldn't read too much into it

The 'enhancement', probably sharpening, gamma etc will produce some artifacts. That mark above his nose is, I believe, a result of sharpening the deep shadow.
