12. I'm hopeful the troops only get positioned in the tourist areas like DC

If they go into the gang areas, it will get ugly. I’m not a resident of Chicago but even Im aware of neighborhoods where it’s better to keep a low profile and not provoke.

We’ll see if military leadership grows a spine with today’s court ruling on the clear Posse Comitatus violations in LA, and puts their foot down on the National Guard providing law enforcement protection in Chicago.
