I was about to share the article highlighting Newsom’s legal victory regarding the National Guard—until I saw thisbombshell.
It confirms what many of us feared: the authoritarian Republican fascists have crossed a critical threshold. The DOJ’s vow to defy a federal judge’s ruling—after the court found the deployment of troops in Los Angeles violated the Posse Comitatus Act—is not just lawless. It’s a declaration that the constitutional guardrails preventing a domestic military-police state are being dismantled in plain sight.
And let’s be clear: the TACO cesspool would never publicly admit to defying a court order unless they were confident that accountability is no longer a threat. That’s how you know the coup has succeeded.
We must remain vigilant. We stand firm in our defense of the Constitution.
