This attack took place in "international waters." There's no evidence drugs were on board, or the passengers were "Tren de Aragua Narcoterrorists." And there's no way in hell such a small craft, a primitive Panga-style open fishing boat with outboard motors, could make it to the United States. Trump is trying to find some bullshit pretext for launching an invasion of Venezuela to take back control of their (nationalized) oil industry.
