The FBI spent 700,000 person hours this year scouring the 300,000 pages (more than 1 agent looked at every page). tRump was surely given a summary of the names in there, even if only a verbal briefing. So, no rivals or Democrats.

On the other hand, if he or Melania or important Republicons or friends or associates with business deals pending or CEOs or friendly billionaires are in the files, he would have lots of reason to delay and obfuscate and distract.

If nobody important is in the files (ha!) then tRump would have lots of reasons to release the files and be done with it, get it behind him, more time to spend on selling "stopping crime in the streets" and "I stopped 7 wars".

There are lots of people whose names have already been released years ago plus his little black book which had hundreds of names and thousands of phone numbers. But if you listened to the press conference this morning, you'd know the victims and lawyers said they didn't believe there was a list per se. What is known is that there were a bunch of rich and powerful people who facilitated Epstein's trafficking operation, some of which were "recipients" of trafficked girls. That is what is wanted and it almost certainly doesn't exist in one place, but would have to be compiled from all the information in the files. The only current Supreme Court Justice who would remotely fit the timeline is Clarence Thomas and there has never been any hint that he ever had any connection to Epstein. Thomas was nowhere near wealthy enough to be part of Epstein's world. It would be far more likely that the money people who have bought and paid for Thomas and others like Leonard Leo and Harlan Crow could be linked to Epstein.

A person filed a lawsuit in California in 2016 under the name Katie Johnson accusing Trump of raping her alone. That suit was quickly thrown out because she listed a fake address on the lawsuit. A few months later, person under the name Jane Doe filed a nearly identical case in a New York U.S. District Court who was confirmed to be the same person. There are serious credibility issues with this person and the case was dropped pretty much before it even started. From Snopes:

The video is compelling, but there's an awful lot of reasons to doubt the authenticity of her claims. Could she be telling the truth? Sure. But then why did she back out of her lawsuit as soon as people began to take her seriously? And then why has she completely disappeared for 9 years? And people like reporter Julie Brown who did more to expose Epstein than anyone else have never been able to completely verify that "Katie Johnson" is even a real person. Unlike most of the Epstein accusers, it's hard to completely trust her story so I remain skeptical but have not completely ruled out that she could be telling the truth, or at least some part of the truth.
