PA-10: Independent enters race for Pa.'s 10th Congressional District
CARLISLE, Pa. — Another challenger is entering the race for Pennsylvania's 10th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Independent Isabelle Harman, from Carlisle, says she will challenge Republican Scott Perry. Harman is an Army veteran. She says independent voters have been underrepresented for too long. If elected, she plans to focus on agriculture, education and health care issues.
The 10th District includes all of Dauphin County as well as parts of Cumberland and York counties.
Democrat Janelle Stelson and Republican Josh Hall have already announced their campaigns for the seat.
