He did implement them. But his trickle down economics, the tariffs, and screwing around with the BLS are all long since discredited ideas.

If you're heavily invested in the stock market, you've likely seen good returns. But there are some economists predicting that a crash is looming (of course, there's always some economists forecasting that).
However, for the average American, times are worse. Everyday people are paying for the wealth transfer to the ultra-rich/corporations. And tariffs have raised prices of many goods.
