Americans are now afraid to have their dogs vaccinated

While the criticism of Kennedy slowly grows from different sides, I fear it’s too little, too late. Considerable damage has already been done to Americans’ trust in vaccines under false pretenses.

A veterinarian recently told NBC News about people expressing their concerns to her about giving their pets vaccines out of fear that they will harm their pets, causing autism or other cognitive issues.

When people are afraid of dog autism, it’s going to take a lot more than some harsh words at a little-watched Senate hearing to get us back on track.

Solencia for osteoarthritis for my twenty year old cat, Millie. Also, having her rabies vaccine.

This isn't KSAT's typical style at all. They're the best station at local politics.

As you can guess, many pet owners here are also anti-spay and neutering.

Can sometimes develop a soft tissue sarcoma in pets, but that’s pretty rare. Our dog actually developed one at the site where she had blood drawn on her leg. So it is probably an immune response to the injection injury itself more so than to vaccine ingredients.

Dogs without licenses will end up in the pound as strays

And if your unvaccinated dog bites someone, it will be euthanized

Like some vaccines might last a lifetime.

NBC News - “Still vaccinating your pet every year?
Several new studies have shown that immunity provided by some vaccines lasts for much longer than one year and in some cases for a lifetime.”

...that the 3 year rabbies vaccine is the same dose as the one year. Costs 50% more but good for 3x the time.
I assumed she was telling the truth, but your info reinforces it.
