Trump now polls worse on the economy and inflation than Biden at the end of his term
Just saw Harry Enton on CNN showing a poll with trump -13 on the economy in Aug. 2025. That is significantly worse than Biden at the end of his term last year, when he was -8 in the same poll.
Of course it should be worse. But in today's polarized environment, it is meaningful because he is losing the Independents on the issue that he convinced them he would be better on.
