Elon is up for a huge bonus from Tesla

It kicks in if Tesla suddenly turns around and grows a bunch but for some delusional reason they think he has some secret sauce that will make Tesla successful.

Seems like they would be a lot better off if they got rid of him. I suspect that everyone one would be a lot better of if they got rid of him.
