I believe the guy in the video was giving his opinion of what he thought the DOJ would do, NOT that the DOJ had revealed to him their plan to do so. Think about it. If the DOJ planned to do that, why haven't they done it already? I don't think this guy is MAGA and therefore he is skeptical of how the DOJ is handling the Epstein files, and based on what he has seen within the Department, he believes they will do anything they need to to try to clear Trump and Republicans.
