Washington, D.C. demonstration is taking place and church bells are ringing.

It was just block after block of people coming from Malcolm X Park headed downtown. Lots of energy despite the heat, and cheers from passersby, as well as church bells ringing in support.

We have a lovely downtown park where we can gather and have speakers, register voters, get volunteers etc. Usually aroundd 2000 - 3000 attend.

Speaking of which we will have the No Kings 2 event and the Handmaid's Tale marchers will be back.
