Edited to add: I'm not saying it's definitely not real. The image on the right has a background which does not look AI generated (it has readable text). Just saying I wouldn't trust anything Grok says.

They had to have had access to the dated original image in order to create the post implying (by order and date omission) the skinny/heavy eyebrows/fat lips was adopting mar a lago.

Start with the premise every photo is altered.

I photographed the wedding of a girl with a big nose - with one click that took a second, I made her nose a tiny bit smaller in each photo. Her father told me that they were the best pictures of her ever.

Whoever took the photo probably manipulated it. However her younger nose looks better.
