trump will do as trump will do. Someone's told him not to declare martial law (for some reason) and he's held off. That'll work until he gets his feelings hurt really bad and then it won't matter whether its advertised or not. He lives by evil and scorn alone. Anything else is just window dressing that the media might use to "justify" his actions. But so far as I've seen, the media are his lapdogs. What they do he'll only monetize for himself.
