Is Governor Polio Pinocchio, Round De Sanctimonious creating a bio weapon against the USA?

I'm sure a whole state of un-vaxx'd the size of Florida will send their infected out into the rest of the USA and get people sick. Who knows if any of these infected Florida man will escape our boarders(sic) and infect the rest of the world?

IOW, the important white people would be immune
because they would be able to get vaccinated anyway.
