(6,131 posts)Coordinated echo type chant where one side of the audience yelled Epstein and opposite side yelled back NOW!
Back and forth like that for a full minute or two while Commander Bonespurs looked on from the Rolex Box.
Just thinking of that makes me smile and giggle!

Donald Trump Booed at U.S. Open Mens Final
https://variety.com/2025/tv/news/trump-booed-at-us-open-mens-1236510755/
President Donald Trump returned to Queens, the New York City borough where he grew up, for the U.S. Open mens final Sunday and he got a Bronx cheer from the crowd.
When Trump was shown briefly on the jumbotrons at Arthur Ashe Stadium during the singing of the U.S. national anthem with the president standing in salute fans responded with a cascade of boos. That came before the start of the championship match on the mens side, which pits No. 1 Jannik Sinner (Italy) vs. No. 2 Carlos Alcaraz (Spain).

(14,653 posts)Since it was, ahem, strongly suggested that the network not air any "disruptions" (read: boos), what would happen if the entire crowd kept booing and "Epstein!"ing throughout the entire game?

(297,935 posts)Donald Trump was booed by sections of the crowd as hundreds of fans missed the start of the US Open mens singles final after increased security measures were put in place for his arrival at Flushing Meadows.
The US president, who was a guest of Rolex which sponsors the tournament, experienced a mixed reception when shown on the big screen during the singing of the Star-Spangled Banner before the match between Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz.
However, when shown on the big screen during a break following the first set, the president was loudly jeered by spectators who were sat near to where Telegraph Sport was positioned (see below).
