10. A memorandum is not an executive order..

An executive order is a recognized legal document, with a specific impact on how laws are interpreted. A memorandum is not - it is just the rambling of an old fool. Calling it an executive order is an egregious misrepresentation, especially when combined with the claim that this is the first time ever for something to happen in an executive order.

The headline implies the video is discussing a new, particularly horrendous thing Trump has done "for the first time ever" - not a discussion of something (not even what is claimed) which was done 5 months ago.

1- The video was new, current by airing the date posted.
2- The participants are credible and solid.
3- The words "executive order" came from them. (Looks like you didn't look at the video.)
4- The subject of the interview covered the participant's history under KRASNOV and his current status fighting.
5- The "old news" bit is a gratuitous, snobby slam.
6- Your making this out to be sensationalist exaggeration negates the participant's undergoing extreme personal and familial damage and sacrifice by KRASNOV's retribution and retaliation, and it's a quote from him that he was told that naming an individual in a, yes, executive order was never done before.
7- Whether KRASNOV did one thing five months ago doesn't not make it "a particularly horrendous thing" since he does these every day. It's one more abuse of power among the many, continuing ones.
