My theory
SCOTUS won’t make many definitive, significant rulings if they can avoid it because they are concerned about increasing discontent with MAGA America. They know how unpopular some of their decisions have been. They are hiding and hoping the GOP can hold out and get beyond Trump with majority intact. Then they will continue on their destroy the Constitution mission.
Just my thoughts however.
