I Wish People Would Stop Using the Term "Nationalist". It Is Weak, Euphemistic Framing.

The term "nationalist" does not carry the sting that a lot of people seem to think it does throughout most of the country. Yes, I know that it is the technically correct term when talking about certain types of people. Here's the thing though: When I was in school, I was taught that a nationalist is someone who fervently supports their country. I was taught that it is basically synonymous with "patriot". This is why people on the right laugh and say "You're darn right I am" when called a Christian Nationalist. They know that when less educated people hear that term, most of them will think "I am a Christian. I love my country. What's wrong with that?" The same is mostly true with White Nationalism, although that has a bit more stigma just because white pride has a supremacist stigma.

Most of the people we are calling Christian nationalists could and should be called Christian Supremacists, or even Christian Fascists if they are more militant. These people want their God's laws to be our laws.

Not white nationalist, Christian nationalist; nationalist. I believe the USA was the best country in history, and will
be again. As a veteran I don't have to explain or defend my patriotism or belief in pre trump American values to anyone, and if you don't understand what nationalist means or what I am talking about, it's not my problem

Definitely going with fascist.
Where we are headed now meets every definition of fascism. I don’t see where there can even be an argument.
Words have meanings.
