"A man has a little fight with the wife and they say this is a crime. See?"

Trump said this just now at some kind of religious meeting. He is trying to say that DC crime is down to nothing now that he has taken over, but his adversaries are trying to come up with minor issues that are not really crimes to tarnish his record.

So if a man has a "little fight" with his wife it's not a crime, according to trump. He even called that a much lesser thing and things that happen in the home. And he feels free to say this in public, knowing that he'll get little pushback.

Not all fights turn into domestic violence but dismissing them all sure sounds like it’s no biggee to him.

Hitting, raping their wives? Stealing their wive's paychecks for booze, gambling and women?

It would be great if it was 0.
But at least educating boys that girls are their equals would most likely reduce the cases of domestic violence by a major amount in the future.
(If you can't convince current sexist, and violence-prone men, otherwise)

😬😔

Unfortunately all of the progress made just made men furious.
Hence the current state of affairs where women have targets on their back.

Much of the progress is being rolled back or strongly re-considered by males.

While not perfect when Clinton was elected President I was listening off & on to el rushbo (keeping an eye on him so to soeak), soooo many men called up to say they should take the vote away from women.
They hated his leaning towards empathy. And they sure hated Hillary.

Too bad the ex-wives' financial support was contingent on staying silent on what a brute he is.
