3. Yes and its pretty much impossible.

Same requirements as for a president. So we might be able to impeach since its only a majority vote in the house.

In order to convict however, we would need 67 votes ( 2/3) in the senate. Needless to say we won't have anywhere near that number in the senate.

5. Yes, but it has been attempted only once - unsuccessfully - more than 200 years ago.

6. The legislative process does exist

The process was undertaken once (early 19th century) in that Senate voted to impeach, while House acquitted. Far too many times in the past ten years, I've said "that will never happen" and it did. So I think I'll avoid it in this instance...
