1. I think the WH is keeping him distracted with all these celebrity events.

Keeps him out of trouble and makes him feel special and adored.

He probably cannot even hear the booing.

2. Even at Mar-a-Lago they had to hold phony Awards Shows in which Trump always got top honors.

When he entered the dining room at dinner, people had to stand and applaud him.

They have had to tailor his security briefings to make sure the briefing is all about him. He falls asleep if his name is not mentioned every few seconds.
